Wall Street Rides Far | Ride for Autism
Chicago, Illinois · First Chicago Ride
Wall Street Rides Far brings people together through organized cycling events to raise funds and awareness for autism-related causes. Its rides engage cyclists, sponsors, volunteers and community members in support of its fundraising mission.
The project
Wall Street Rides Far came to Chicago for the first time to produce its Ride for Autism, a community fundraising event featuring a 62-mile cycling route alongside shorter rides and a 5K walk. We partnered with the organization to coordinate the event's production, logistics and community experience across multiple activities.
Our work included coordinating the cycling and walking routes, sourcing rental bikes through a local business, and managing event volunteers, including ride marshals. We also coordinated food donations and distribution, organized a kids' corner, and managed the event's vendors and on-site experiences.
